Orders:<\/h2>\n

1. How do I know my size?<\/h4>\n

We have sizing guides under the \u2018Guides\u2019 tab that will assist you with determining the most suitable size for you and your preferred fit. It is your responsibility to use our guide to ensure that you select the correct size.<\/p>\n

2. How do I place an order?<\/h4>\n

Shop your desired garments in our catalogue while adding them to your shopping cart. Once you are done, proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Be sure to confirm the accuracy of your order and personal information, before completing this step and making the payment.<\/p>\n

3. Can I mix different sizes in one set\/order?<\/h4>\n

Yes.
\nYou have the option of mixing two different sizes when ordering a set(s), e.g. a medium top with large pants.<\/p>\n

4. Can I amend my order once I have checked out?<\/h4>\n

Yes.
\nYou will be required to contact us via email with the details pertaining to the amendment, within 24 hours. No amendments can be made after 24 hours from when the order was placed.<\/p>\n

5. Can I track my order?<\/h4>\n

Yes. You can track your order on the third-party Courier Company\u2019s website. Once your order has been sent out for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your parcel on the Courier Company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

6. Why haven\u2019t I received my order confirmation mail?<\/h4>\n

Once you have checked out and the payment has been made, our system automatically sends you the confirmation mail. If you are not seeing it in your Inbox, take a look at your Spam, Junk or Promotion folders.<\/p>\n

7. Do you offer personalized embroidery?<\/h4>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

Indicate the name or phrase you would like to be embroidered under the \u2018Embroidery\u2019 section when placing your order. Ensure that the capitalisation, punctuation marks and wording are exactly the way you would like them to appear on your garment. Please upload your logo in high-resolution\/high quality formats like JPEG, PNG or PDF, under the \u2018Logo Embroidery\u2019 section.<\/p>\n

For aprons, kindly indicate the desired name or phrase you would like to be embroidered on your garment, e.g. Odirile, Mrs Moagi or From Miss to Mrs. This will be positioned on the top center part of your garment.<\/p>\n

For scrubs, kindly indicate the title, initials and surname you would like to be embroidered on your garment, e.g. Dr E.N Moagi or RN E.N Moagi. This will be positioned right above the top pocket while logs are positioned on the top pocket.<\/p>\n

Please note that for the black, grey, khaki, navy blue and indigo denim aprons, as well as the scrub tops, the default colour is white. For the Makoti aprons with the African print fabric, the embroidery colour will match the main color of the print fabric.<\/p>\n

Embroidery production lead time is up to 5 working days and up to 8 working days for bulk orders. Pricing is R70 per garment and for logos, a once-off digitization fee of R230 will be applied.<\/p>\n

8. Is the fabric breathable and durable?<\/h4>\n

Yes.
\nWe value quality and your comfort is of utmost importance to us. As such, all the fabric we use is both breathable and durable.<\/p>\n

9. How should I care for my garments?<\/h4>\n

All our garments, excluding the leather detailing on certain aprons, are machine and hand washable in cold water, with a mild detergent.<\/p>\n

Wash with like colors and warm iron.<\/p>\n

Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary.<\/p>\n

The leather detailing is detachable and should be detached before machine washing the garment.<\/p>\n

Do not machine wash or hand wash the leather. Gently wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Payments:<\/h2>\n

10. Are my debit\/credit card details safe?<\/h4>\n

Yes.
\nWe use a third-party Online Payment Gateway called \u2018Yoco\u2019. Yoco has been certified by MasterCard as well as VISA, and it is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. All the online payments are backed by 3D Secure and the payment information is encrypted.<\/p>\n

11. Which payment methods do you accept?<\/h4>\n

We accept all MasterCard and VISA debit and credit cards, issued by any bank. We also accept payments by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
\nWe unfortunately do not accept cash on delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

12. How long will it take to receive my order?<\/h4>\n

All our garments are locally manufactured. We have a standard production lead time of up to 10 working days as the garments are made to order and not mass produced. For bulk orders, our production lead time is up to 20 working days.<\/p>\n

With the aim of contributing towards reducing environmental risks and being as sustainable as possible, our products are made to order and not mass produced, thus reducing unnecessary waste.<\/p>\n

Personalised embroidery may add up to 5 working days to your order. For bulk orders, personalised embroidery may add up to 8 working days.<\/p>\n

External factors such as extended load shedding and shipment delays of fabric may extend the lead time however, such delays will be communicated during those rare occasions.<\/p>\n

Deliveries are made via a third-party courier company. Once your order is ready and has been sent out for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select.<\/p>\n

Kindly note that we will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of the customer inputting the incorrect address or the customer\u2019s inability to be present during delivery.<\/p>\n

Once the order has been sent out for delivery, the customer will be responsible for tracking the parcel.<\/p>\n

13. What is the shipping cost?<\/h4>\n

We have a few shipping options to select from. Different rates are applicable to the different options and you will be able to select the option most suitable to you. Your shipping address will assist with determining the shipping methods available to you.<\/p>\n

14. Where do you ship to?<\/h4>\n

We offer nationwide delivery, across all the corners of South Africa.<\/p>\n

15. Can I exchange or return my order?<\/h4>\n

Exchanges and returns are only permissible for defected or incorrect garments.
\nPlease be sure to take a look at the condition of the item(s) you have received and inform us of any defects, within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. This also applies to you receiving the incorrect order. In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or defected item(s), we will be more than happy to replace or refund it, at no additional cost to you.<\/p>\n
