Sipho Skhosana an accomplished professional complemented by a mass of achievements, through his tenure with a world class entity and as a consultant to both private and public sectors his wealth of experience boasts of competencies, knowledge and hands on experience in enterprise development, transformation, Labour Law, Legal, Human Resources Management.

Further backed by a broad training and development exposure, he makes momentous contributions in opportunities that require a dedicated person who has been elaborately challenged.

Sipho equipped himself with BA Law, Higher Diploma in HR and Paralegal National Certificate, currently doing his post graduate LLB.

Having spearheaded and developed a Transformation and Empowerment portfolio at the Housing Development Agency which is an entity of the Department of Human Settlement and Government developer of choice which focused on:

• SMME Development;
• Black Industrialist (Material Suppliers);
• Exit Opportunities Development or Construction Contracts;
• Funding Model Partnerships;
• Capital Raising;
• Resource Mobilization;
• Skills Development Management Program
• Artisan Programme;
• Capacitating Unskilled labourers

Sipho is also responsible for B-BBEE transformation score card of various organizations which seeks to enable and advocate economic participation of the designated groups; Woman, Youth, People living with disability and owned SMME’s. Led a Department of Human Settlement Department  team that developed a business case and ecosystem for emerging contractors using the GROWTH Strategy model.
